GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 August 2000
amending certain Ministerial and other administrative regulations
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § 12 (1) (b) of the Act:
Amendment of Decree No. 13 / 1977 Coll., on the protection of health against adverse effects of noise and vibration
In Section 1 of Decree No. 13 / 1977 Coll., on the protection of health against the adverse effects of noise and vibration, the current text is renumbered as paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 is added, including footnotes 1) and 2):
"(2) This Decree does not apply to products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (1) and the Government Regulation (2) before being placed on the market.
1) Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll.
2) Decree No. 170 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for machinery, as amended by Decree No. 15 / 1999 Coll. '.
Footnotes 1) to 14) shall be renumbered as footnotes 3) to 16), including references to these footnotes.
Amendment to Decree No. 85 / 1978 Coll., on checks, revisions and tests of gas installations
In Section 4 of Decree No 85 / 1978 Coll., on checks, revisions and tests of gas installations, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) This Decree does not apply to products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (5a) and the Government Regulation (5b) before they are placed on the market.
5a) Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll.
5b) Government Decree No. 177 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for gas appliances. Government Decree No. 182 / 1999 Coll., laying down technical requirements for pressure equipment. '
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
Amendment of Decree No. 18 / 1979 Coll., which designates dedicated pressure equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
Decree No. 18 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved pressure equipment and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety, as amended by Decree No. 97 / 1982 Coll. and Decree No. 551 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (2), the words "the products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (2a) and the Government Regulation (2b), before being placed on the market and on the market, shall not be inserted after the words" not applicable. "

2. In Article 5 (1), the words "with the exception of products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (2a) and the Government Regulation (2b) 'shall be inserted after the words" pressure vessel'.
Amendment of Decree No 19 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved lifting equipment and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In Article 4 (1) of Decree No 19 / 1979 Coll., which designates reserved lifting equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety, as amended by Decree No 552 / 1990 Coll., the words "with the exception of products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law 3a) and the Government Regulation 3b) shall be inserted after the words" assembled equipment '.
footnotes (3a) and (3b) read:

Amendment of Decree No 20 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved electrical installations and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In Article 4 of Decree No 20 / 1979 Coll., which designates reserved electrical equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety, as amended by Decree No 553 / 1990 Coll., the following sentence shall be added at the end of paragraph 7, including footnotes No 3a) and 3b): "This obligation shall be deemed to be fulfilled for products which are products designated for conformity assessment under the special legislature3a) and Government Regulation 3b) and for which a declaration of conformity has been issued.

(3b) Government Decree No. 168 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for low voltage electrical equipment. Government Decree No. 176 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive environments. '
Amendment of Decree No. 21 / 1979 Coll., which designates reserved gas installations and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In Article 1 (2) of Decree No 21 / 1979 Coll., which designates dedicated gas installations and lays down certain conditions for ensuring their safety, as amended by Decree No 554 / 1990 Coll., the dot is deleted after the word "the law" and the words "and to the devices designated for conformity assessment under the special legislation2a) and the Ordinance of the Government (2b) before they are placed on the market."
footnotes 2a and 2b are as follows:

Amendment to Decree No. 48 / 1982 Coll., laying down the essential requirements for ensuring safety of work and technical equipment
In Article 1 (2) of Decree No. 48 / 1982 Coll., laying down the essential requirements to ensure the safety of work and technical equipment, as amended by Decree No. 324 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 207 / 1991 Coll., the words "on products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (1) and Decree No. 2) and 'shall not be inserted after the word" not applicable'.

Amendment of Decree No. 408 / 1990 Coll., on the protection of health against adverse effects of electromagnetic radiation
In Section 4 of Decree No 408 / 1990 Coll., on the protection of health against the adverse effects of electromagnetic radiation, the dot shall be deleted at the end of paragraph 4 and the following words shall be added: "and to products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Act (4a) and the Government Regulation (4b) before they are placed on the market. '

Amendment of Decree No. 100 / 1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation, construction and manufacture and specification of designated technical equipment (Order of designated technical installations)
In Article 2 (2) of Decree No 100 / 1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation, construction and manufacture of designated technical equipment and their specification (Order of designated technical equipment), the following sentence is added at the end of the paragraph: "This condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled if a declaration of conformity of the product to technical regulations has been issued for the equipment under the Specific Law (1) and the Government Regulation (2) '.
