Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Administrative Charges Act
Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 72 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 85 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 273 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 36 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 301 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 305 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 157 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 357 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 63 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 167 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 223 / 1999 Coll.
In the schedule of administrative charges, point (b) of heading 131a shall be deleted and points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered as points (b) and (c) respectively.
PERFORMANCE TO DECLARATION OF THE COMPLETE VERSION OF THE LAW
The President of the Chamber of Deputies is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 157 / 1998 Coll., on Chemicals and Chemicals and on the amendment of certain other laws, as is apparent from the amendments made by this Act.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
