Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 351 / 2021 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of Higher Degree for 2021, which was concluded on 2 February 2021 between the higher trade union bodies - the Department of Workers of the Wood, Forestry and Water Management in the Czech Republic and the Czech-Moravian trade union association and employers' organisations - the Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the classification code of economic activities of CZK-NACE 17.11 and 17.12.
