GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 October 2016
amending Government Regulation No 262 / 2012 Coll., on the establishment of vulnerable areas and an action programme, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 33 (2) of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended by Act No. 20 / 2004 Coll.:
Annex 1 to Government Regulation No 262 / 2012 Coll., on the establishment of vulnerable areas and an action programme, as amended by Government Regulation No 235 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the column under the letter "K ', the" Kozlov u Křížanova 671738' is inserted after the cadastral territory and its code "Kozlov u Křižanova '.

2. In the column under the letter "S ', the cadastral territory, including its code" Slavkov u Město Libavá 990205', is deleted.
3. In the column under the letter "V ', the cadastral territory, including its code" Vápovice 776963', is inserted after the cadastral territory.

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2016.
