DECLARATION
of 22 December 2014
amending Decree No. 268 / 1999 of the Ministry of Defence Coll., which, for the purposes of the formalities, determines who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of danger, and the procedure for payment of the formalities, as amended
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to § 133 (2) and § 143 (12) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 272 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 268 / 1999 Coll., which, for the purposes of service formalities, determines who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of danger, and the procedure for the payment of service charges, as amended by Decree No. 458 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 335 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 367 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1), the following point (j) is inserted after point (i):
"(j) linked to the performance of the activities of a Member of the Special Forces in the performance of the tasks of the Special Forces of the Army of the Czech Republic,"
Points (j) and (k) shall be renumbered as points (k) and (l).
2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 2 (2), "(j) 'is replaced by" (k)'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
