GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 August 2005
establishing the list of codes of the Combined Nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and the names referring to human blood, its constituents and the blood derivatives produced therefrom, contained in applications for authorisation to distribute, import or export them
The Government mandates pursuant to § 75 (5) of Act No. 79 / 1997 Coll., on Medicines, and on amendments and additions to certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 228 / 2005 Coll.:
The list of codes of the Combined Nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and the names referring to human blood, its constituents and blood derivatives produced therefrom which must be included in the application for an import or export authorisation for the distribution, import or export of human blood, its constituents and its blood derivatives is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.

ex 3002 1095 Human blood plasma
(a) for the manufacture of medicinal products
(b) for other purposes:
ex 3002 1095 Medicinal products made from human blood or human plasma (blood derivatives)
3002 9010 Human blood
(a) for therapeutic use (transfusion products)
(b) for other purposes:
Note: Where the word "ex" is mentioned before the nomenclature code, this means that the measure concerns only products listed in column 2.
