On 4 November 1997, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on a proposal by the Regional Office in Pardubice to abolish the generally binding Order of the City of Pardubice No 34 / 96 on the limitation of certain activities liable to threaten public policy of 17 December 1996.
as follows:
1. Article I, III (3) and (4) and Article V of Regulation No 34 / 96 of the City of Pardubice on the limitation of certain activities liable to jeopardise public policy of 17 December 1996 shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
2. The remainder is rejected.
