DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 14 August 1990
prohibiting the commercial export of certain goods
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (a) and (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
§ 1
Exports of automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, light and heavy fuel oils can only be made after the approval of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade.
§ 2
(1) Metal waste exports can only be made after the approval of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade.
(2) Metal waste means metal waste referred to in Paragraph 1 (2) of Decree No. 106 / 1960 Coll., on Metal Waste Management, as amended by Decree No. 103 / 1981 Coll.
§ 3
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
