GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2023
amending Government Regulation No 71 / 2013 Coll., on the conditions for evaluating the results of research, experimental development and innovation, as amended
The Government mandates, pursuant to Article 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll., to implement § 3 (3) (e) of Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation from public funds and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation), as amended by Act No. 110 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 71 / 2013 Coll., on the conditions for evaluating the results of research, experimental development and innovation, as amended by Government Decree No. 66 / 2016 Coll. and Government Decree No. 493 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1) (a) (2):
"2nd prize of government awarded to a student in the form of a financial award to 3 students in the amount of CZK 50,000 each,"
2. In Paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The prize of government to a gifted student is awarded to one student in the category
(a) student of secondary and higher vocational school;
(b) a student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme;
(c) a student in a doctoral study programme. ';
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
3. In Paragraph 2 (3), the amount "500 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 400 000 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
