THE LAW
of 11 September 2009
amending Act No 159 / 2006 Coll., on Conflict of Interest, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Conflict of Interest Act
Act No. 159 / 2006 Coll., on Conflict of Interest, as amended by Act No. 216 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (2), at the end of the text in point (c), the words "except for legal persons engaged in school or educational establishments' shall be added.
2. In Article 2 (3), the words "which gives notification pursuant to Articles 9 to 11 and Article 12 (2) to the registration authority (Article 14 (1)) shall be inserted after the words" paragraph 2 '.
3. in Paragraph 14 (1) (g) and (h), "paragraph 2 (f)" is replaced by "paragraph 2 (e)";
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
