DECLARATION
of 15 October 2003
amending Decree No. 244 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 68 for the implementation of § 12 (8), § 35 (7), § 44 (3), § 47 (5), § 49 (2), § 58 (3) and § 61 (5) of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting:
Decree No. 244 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (3), the words "periodic preventive inspection shall be carried out once every five years," shall be deleted.
2. in § 1 (3) and (5), § 3 (1), "§ 59 (2) (g)" shall be replaced by "§ 60."
3. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "which are placed on the left lapel of the jacket 'are deleted and the comma at the end of the sentence is replaced by a dot.
4. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "The number to be entered in the hunting guard card is identical to the registration number of the service badge issued to the hunting guard."
5. in Article 5 (1) (b) (4) and in Article 21 (1) (d) (3), the words "its use in hunting practice" shall be inserted after the words "ethology and";
6. in Article 5 (1) (c) (4):
"4. hunting zoology and cynology; '.
7. in Article 5 (1) (d) (4):
"4. the system of control and labelling of caught game."
8. in § 7 (1), § 12 (1), § 23 (1) and § 32 (1), after the word "classify" after the colon, the words "benefit with distinction," shall be inserted.
9. In § 7 (2), § 12 (2), § 23 (2) and § 32 (2), the words "served with honour" shall be inserted after the word "classified after the colon."
10. in § 7 (2), § 12 (2), § 23 (2) and § 32 (2), the sentence "Candidate who repeated the test referred to in paragraph 3 cannot be classified as" profited with distinction. "
11. In Sections 7, 12 and 32, the sentence "The candidate has benefited with distinction if he has been so classified in at least the same 3 groups of subjects in both the written and oral sections."
12. in § 8 (b), the words "hunting or" shall be inserted after the words "or higher vocational schools with studies."
13. in Article 10 (1) (c) (6):
"6. Ethology and its use in hunting practice, protection and well-being of predators;."
14. in Article 13 (b), the words "hunting or" shall be inserted after the words "or higher vocational schools with studies."
15. in Paragraph 14 (1), the words "§ 2 (i), (j) and (k)" shall be replaced by "§ 2 (i) and (j)";
16. in Paragraph 18 (b), the word "hunting" shall be inserted after the words "or higher vocational schools with studies."
17. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 19 (3) reads: "The extract from the Register of Penalties shall not be more than 3 months old."
18. in Paragraph 20 (1) (d):
"(d) the name and, where applicable, the name, surname, number of the hunting ticket, the address of the place of permanent residence and, where applicable, the place of residence of the person issuing the fishing permit;"
19. in Paragraph 21 (2), the last sentence shall be deleted;
20. in Paragraph 21 (5), "10" is replaced by "20."
21. In Paragraph 23, the sentence "The candidate has benefited from honours if he has been so classified in at least the same 4 groups of subjects' is inserted at the beginning of paragraph 3.
22. in § 24 (b), the word "hunting," shall be inserted after the words "or higher vocational schools with studies."
23. The heading of Section 25 reads: "Plumba."
24. Paragraph 29 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
25. in Article 29 (3), the words "The seal fixed in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be so taken," shall be replaced by the words "The seal fixed in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be taken by the consignee of the game during the processing of the game or by the operator trading game or game consumed in the hospitality or other activity,"
26. in Paragraph 30 (1) (b), the semicolon is replaced by a comma after point 3 and the following point 4 is added:
"4. hunting cynology; '.
27. in Article 30 (1) (e), point 1 is deleted;
Points 2 to 4 shall be renumbered 1 to 3.
28. in Paragraph 30 (1) (e) (4), "hunting" is replaced by "hunting."
29. in Paragraph 33 (2), the word "stand" shall be deleted;
30. In Paragraph 33 (3), the word "lapel 'is replaced by the word" pocket'.
31. The following Part Eight is inserted after Part Seven:
COMMON PROVISIONS
The forms referred to in Annexes 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 18 need not be provided in a supplier's capacity. '
The eighth part shall be renumbered the ninth part.
32. In Annex 3 On the front of the hunting operator's licence, the words "hunting guards' shall be replaced by the words" hunting operator '.
33. In Annexes No 4, 6 and 17, the words "benefit with distinction" - 'shall be inserted before the word "benefit'.
34. Annex 10 reads as follows:
"Annex No 10 to Decree No 244 / 2002 Coll.
35. Annex 12 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 12 to Decree No 244 / 2002 Coll.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
