On 8 October 1997, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on a proposal by the Regional Office in Chrudim to abolish Article 10 (2) (d) of Decree No 1 / 97 of the City of Slatinany of 19 March 1997 on the public order and purity of the city
as follows:
Article 10 (2) (d) of the generally binding Decree No 1 / 97 of the City of Slatinana of 19 March 1997 on the public order and purity of the city shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
