The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 34 / 1970 Coll., Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Legislative measure of the ČNR Bureau No. 9 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 126 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1991 Coll., and Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 3 (4), the words "sea transport 'are deleted, the word" river' is replaced by the word "inland 'and the words" except air transport' are added at the end of the sentence.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
