GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 February 2022
on the second increase in pensions in 2022
According to § 107 (1) (d) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 212 / 2016 Coll.:
(1) The pensions of old-age, disabled, widower, widower and orphan persons granted before 1 June 2022 are increased from the payment of the pension due after 31 May 2022 so that the percentage rate of pension increases by 8,2% of the percentage rate of pension due on the date on which the percentage rate increases.
(2) Old-age, invalidity, widow's, widower's and orphan's pensions granted between 1 June 2022 and 31 December 2022 are increased from the date on which the pension is granted, so that the percentage rate of the pension is increased by 8,2% of the percentage rate of the pension due on the date on which the pension is granted, before its adjustment under Article 59 of the Pension Insurance Act.
(3) If the pension is adjusted for concurrence with another pension or is paid at half or is not paid for concurrence with a gainful activity, an increase in the percentage of the pension referred to in paragraph 1 or paragraph 2 shall be adjusted on the basis of the change in the amount of the pension paid which relates to the reasons for the adjustment of the pension or the renewal of the pension, whichever is the later. The percentage rates of widower's, widower's and orphan's pensions shall be increased only if they have not been calculated from the percentage rates of pensions raised in accordance with paragraph 1 or paragraph 2.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2022.
