The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 10 December 2008 it issued a price regulation 1 / 2009 / FAR on regulation of health care prices and specific health performance. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 7 / 2008 of 28 December 2008 and became effective on 1 January 2009.
