COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 26 October 1995 the Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Slovak Republic on the transition of rights and obligations arising from the exercise of military active service of soldiers in the Czechoslovak People's Army (Czechoslovak Army) and from the study of students and listeners of military schools in connection with the demise of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic was signed in Prague.
The Agreement entered into force on 26 October 1995 on the basis of Article 8 (1) thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence, where it was published in the Ministry of Defence Bulletin, amount 25 of 18 December 1995.
