supplementing Decree No 102 / 1973 Coll., on the organisation of working time and the transfer of leave in 1974
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions, according to the Resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic of 5 October 1972 and pursuant to § 43 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 15 August 1973 No 102 / 1973 Coll., on the organisation of working time and the transfer of leave in 1974 shall be supplemented by the following:
"(12) A worker who, as a result of the transfer of working time (paragraph 9), will work on a Saturday or Sunday shall not benefit from the wage advantage for work on Saturdays and Sundays on those days; 1) also for overtime remuneration shall not be considered as working days. However, a worker who is granted a wage advantage for work on Saturdays and Sundays shall be entitled to that benefit for work on Friday 10 May, Tuesday 24, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 1974. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1974.
