DECLARATION
Central management of geodesy and cartography
of 28 February 1968
amending Decree No 156 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the reporting of geodetic and topographical works, the submission of elaborates of such works, the publication and reproduction of cartographic works
The Central Management of Geodesy and Cartography shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities in accordance with § 4 (2) of Government Decree No. 1 / 1954 Coll., on the establishment of the Central Administration of Geodesy and Cartography:
The Decree of the Central Administration of Geodesy and Cartography No 156 / 1957 Ú. l, on the reporting of geodetic and topographic works, the submission of elaborates of such works, the publication and reproduction of cartographic works, is amended as follows:
1.
"(c) the establishment of real estate records, keeping them in line with the actual situation, carrying out economic and other land modifications, land records and land protection,"
2. The first sentence of Article 5 (2) reads as follows:
"The authorities and organisations shall report the work referred to in paragraph 1 at least 14 days before the start of the regional geodesy institute (hereinafter referred to as the" Regional Institute "), within whose jurisdiction the work is carried out. ';
3. In Article 7 (2), the last sentence is deleted.

Distribution of cartographic works
The distribution of cartographic works issued by the CSGK for the needs of the institutions and organisations is provided by regional institutes. The distribution of cartographic works issued under the responsibility of the ÚSGK for the teaching needs of schools or for the public by their organisations shall be carried out by the competent central authorities in agreement with the ÚSGK. '
5.
Documentation of cartographic works
Cartographic works are documented by the Cartographic and Geodetic Fund. Anyone who produces, copies or issues cartographic works (§ 11 (1) and (3) and § 12 (1)) shall be required to supply for documentary purposes free of charge two copies (if not printed, two copies) of the cartographic works published in the Czech regions of the Cartographic and Geodetic Fund, the Prague branch, and cartographic works published in Slovakia by the Cartographic and Geodetic Fund in Bratislava, within one month of the reproduction of the cartographic work or the completion of the work. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
