on the change of scope for the management of the buying-in of agricultural products
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration, and under § 33 of Act No. 13 / 1954 Coll., on National Committees:
(1) The current competence of the Ministry of Food Industry and the buyout of agricultural products in the management and planning of the buyout of agricultural products is transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
(2) The mandate of the food industry and the purchase of agricultural products for the management and planning of the buying-in of agricultural products has been delegated to agriculture and forestry.
(3) The names of the Ministry and the mandates of the food industry and the purchase of agricultural products are changed to the "Ministry of the food industry" and "delegatedto the food industry." The names of the Ministry and of Agriculture and Forestry are changed to "Ministry of Agriculture 'and" Agriculture'.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the Ministry of Food Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the delegation of the food industry and the delegation of agriculture in connection with the transfer of competence referred to in Article 1 shall be carried out by the Government.
The national committees shall establish the place of the existing agricultural and forestry departments and the buyout departments, where such departments have been set up, a new sectoral division for the tasks of the agricultural production and the purchase of agricultural products and the forestry sector called the "Agriculture Department '. This amends the provisions of § 20 (1) and (2) of Government Decree No. 33 / 1958 Coll., on the organisation of executive bodies of national committees.
This Regulation shall apply from 1 July 1959. All members of the government will do it.
