on changes to the territorial districts of certain national committees
The Government of the Republic of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1954 Coll., on National Committees:
The territory of the municipalities of Horní Pochaply, Medonosa, Chudadoza and Ješovice is excluded from the county of Roudnice nad Labem in the county of Ústecký and they are connected to the territory of the district of Měník in the county of Prague.
The territory of the municipalities of Dlouhá Lhota and Petkova are excluded from the district of Munich Hradiště in the region of Liberec and join the territory of the district of Mladá Běslav in the region of Prague.
The territory of the municipality Obdišnice is excluded from the Milevsko district in the Českobudějovický region and joins the territory of the Sedlčany district in the Pražský region.
(1) Insubstantial territorial changes are being made between the territory of the Prague Region and the territory of the capital city of Prague in the district of the municipalities of Lower Chabry and Devilice and the urban district of Kobylisa, and between the territory of the Prague and Ústecký counties in the district of the municipalities of Budihost, Miletice and Loucká.
(2) The detailed determination of the amendments referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out by the Minister for the Interior by a decree.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 1958; they shall be carried out by the Home Secretary in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
