Law
of 21 February 1946
on the renewal of the University of Olomouc.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic, seeking to remove the hostile acts of the Austrian governments against the ancient Olomouc University, decided on this law:
§ 1.
The ancient University of Olomouc is fully restored as the Czechoslovak State University of Olomouc with the faculties of Bohoslovka, legal, medical and philosophical, and will continue to be called "University of Palacký."
§ 2.
(1) The name "Cyrilo-Methodology Faculty of Bohoslovecká" is left to the Faculty of Bohoslovecky.
(2) The Minister of Education and Education shall determine when the Faculty of Law, Medical and Philosophy begins.
§ 3.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
