on Gas Market Rules
According to Section 98a (2) (i) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
Subject matter
(1) This Decree, following directly applicable European Union1) provides for
(a) the rules on access to the transmission system, the distribution system and the gas storage unit, the scope of the information disclosed to enable access to the transmission system, the distribution system and the gas storage unit, and the ways in which to address the gas system's lack of capacity;
(b) dates for submission of applications for contracts on the gas market and dates for conclusion of contracts;
(c) the procedures and conditions for transferring and assuming responsibility for the derogation;
(d) the scope and timing of the transmission of data for the evaluation of derogations and billing of gas supplies and other services, the procedures for the evaluation, clearing and balancing of derogations, and the settlement and settlement of balancing gas in an emergency and in the prevention of an emergency,
(e) procedures and deadlines for submission of nominations and renominations;
(f) the procedure of the gas storage tank operator for the sale of the gas which is illegally stored;
(g) rules on the organisation of short-term markets and on how they are settled;
(h) rules on the formation, assignment and use of gas supply diagrams;
(i) the dates and procedure for selecting and changing the gas supplier, including the registration of collection and transfer points;
(j) the procedure for the interruption, restriction and renewal of gas supply in the event of unauthorised gas collection, unauthorised distribution and unauthorised transport;
(k) the procedure for ensuring the supply of gas by the supplier of the last instance;
(l) the composition of the price of the gas transport service, the price of the distribution system service and other regulated gas prices, and the manner and dates of transmission of data between gas market participants for the accounting of regulated prices, and the manner and dates of accounting and payment of regulated prices between gas market participants;
(m) technical requirements for operation for the verification of technology;
(n) the procedure for establishing advance payments;
(o) auction rules for the reservation of unused storage capacity,
(p) the scope, manner and timing of the transmission of information on the size and duration of storage capacities reserved by individual gas market participants between the gas container operator and the transmission system operator;
(q) the quantity of gas which the gas storage operator is entitled to purchase or sell for the purpose of providing the gas storage service;
(r) the rules and conditions for providing a service for the cross-border use of the gas storage device;
(s) the extent of information provided on the way in which the gas price is determined dynamically or otherwise, depending on changes in the gas price in organised gas markets and the advantages and risks associated with the conclusion of a contract with such price determination.
§ 2
Basic concepts
(1) For the purposes of this decree:
(a) allocation rule - the method of allocating the amount of gas to the clearing entity at the border point, the point of the gas storage tank, the point of the gas production plant or the point of the cross-border pipeline;
(b) the auction reservation platform - the platform for the relevant border point selected by the transmission system operator in agreement with the neighbouring transmission system operator, in a way that allows remote access to the reservation of transmission capacity;
(c) auction calendar - time schedule for auctions of standard capacity products in accordance with the directly applicable regulation of the European Union governing the rules on the allocation of transport capacity2),
(d) point of the gas plant - the transfer point or the sum of the transfer points between the transmission system and the production gas, or between the distribution system and the production gas, or between the production gas and other production gas;
(e) a distribution network - a distribution system or part of a distribution system for which a separate licence has been issued before 1 January 2014 and a unique numerical identifier has been assigned by the market operator;
(f) domestic zone - defined territory of the distribution system operator connected to the transmission system and to which at least 90 000 customer demand points are connected;
(g) EIC code - identification code clearly identifying the gas market participant and the individual sampling and transfer point;
(h) flexibility - the flexibility service through accumulation provided by the transmission system operator;
(i) financial collateral - securing a financial claim of a natural or legal person arising from a commercial relationship with a market operator, transmission system operator, gas storage unit operator or distribution system operator;
j) border point - summary of transfer points between the transmission system in the Czech Republic and foreign gas systems,
(k) operator account - the transmission system operator's accounting account held with the market operator on whose behalf and for whose benefit the gas quantities relating to the transmission system operator's balancing actions and the daily balancing quantities of clearing entities and foreign participants are recorded;
(l) coordinated transport capacity - coordinated capacity within the meaning of the directly applicable European Union regulation laying down rules for the allocation of transport capacity (2),
(m) corrected supply type diagram - converted supply type diagram corrected to the value of participation in the residual diagram;
(n) nominations of distribution - notification by the settlement entity to the distribution system operator of the quantity of gas which it intends to distribute by a point of the cross-border pipeline or transfer point or by the sum of gas production points;
(o) transmission nominations - notification by which the clearing body notifies the transmission system operator of the amount of gas it intends to transport through the relevant point of the transmission system,
(p) storage nominations - a notification by which the clearing entity notifies the gas storage operator of the amount of gas it intends to push or extract;
(q) nomination of the delivery and withdrawal obligation - the commercial notification by which the clearing entity notifies the market operator of the amount of gas it intends to transfer to another clearing entity at a virtual trading point;
(r) standard delivery type diagram - the sequence of relative shares of each daily group of customers' gas purchases defined by the class of delivery type diagram at planned annual consumption in a calendar year, provided that normal climate conditions are met;
(s) normal climatic conditions - a 30-year arithmetic average determined from average daily air temperatures per calendar day for the territory of the whole country from the data of all measurement stations of the Czech hydrometeorological institute located at an altitude up to 700 m above sea level, the last day of the 30-year period being 31 December of the calendar year of the period under which normal climatic conditions are determined; that period is determined by the market operator and updated at least every 5 years;
(t) responsibility for the derogation - the obligation on the clearing entity to take over and deal with the derogation that arises as the difference between the quantity of gas entering the gas system and the quantity of gas leaving the gas system; the amount of gas is expressed in energy units;
(u) organised short-term gas market - intraday gas market organised by a market operator participating in clearing entities;
(v) planned monthly consumption - the monthly value of gas consumption agreed in the distribution system service contract;
(w) the planned annual gas consumption - the value of the gas consumption obtained from the historical actual gas consumption, adjusted for the effect of temperature, as determined in accordance with Annex 15 to this Regulation;
(x) gas month - period beginning on the first gas day of the calendar month and ending on the last gas day of the calendar month.
(2) For the purposes of this decree:
(a) gas year - time period within the meaning of the directly applicable regulation of the European Union governing rules for the allocation of transport capacity2),
(b) recalculated annual consumption - the value of gas consumption obtained from actual gas withdrawals converted for a period of one year in accordance with Annex 15 to this Decree;
(c) by the recalculated supply type diagram - standard delivery type diagram, converted into actual gas day climatic conditions;
(d) cross-border pipeline - pipeline connecting the distribution system and the external gas system,
(e) a registered gas market participant - a gas market participant to which the market operator allows access to its information system by registration;
(f) distribution recovery - the value of the gas quantities entered after the distribution nomination deadline;
(g) re-nomination of the shipment - the value of the quantities of gas entered after the deadline for submitting the nomination of the shipment,
(h) storage recovery - the value of the quantities of gas entered after the deadline for submission of the storage nomination;
(i) re-acceptance of the undertaking to supply and withdraw - the value of the quantities of gas entered after the deadline for submitting the nomination of the undertaking to deliver and withdraw,
j) actual climatic conditions - average of actual daily air temperatures in the Czech Republic for individual business days, which is calculated from the data of all measurement stations of the Czech hydrometeorological institute located at an altitude up to 700 m above sea level,
(k) system deviation - sum of positive and negative daily deviations of all clearing entities and foreign participants on the gas day;
(l) the supply type diagram class - a summary of the characteristics of the sampling points to which the same delivery type diagram is assigned;
(m) the closed part of the distribution system - the part of the distribution system whose technical arrangement does not allow the transmission of gas from that part of the distribution system to another part of that distribution system or to another distribution system;
(n) virtual trading point - the place where the obligation to deliver gas to the gas system is nominated and the obligation to withdraw gas from the gas system;
(o) virtual gas storage tank - the sum of all gas storage tanks of one gas storage unit operator;
(p) settlement of derogations - financial settlement between the clearing entity and the market operator for daily equalisation quantities and for differences between monthly and daily deviations, and between adjustment monthly and monthly variations;
(q) a foreign participant - a foreign natural or legal person who is not a clearing entity and who uses the transmission system border points and the virtual gas storage points;
(r) a commitment to supply - contractually based obligation of the clearing entity to deliver to the gas system the amount of gas nominated by the clearing entity for the gas day at a virtual trading point;
(s) obligation to withdraw - contractually based obligation of the clearing entity to remove from the gas system the amount of gas nominated by the clearing entity for the gas day at a virtual trading point;
(t) average technical capacity - arithmetic average of the technical capacity values at the relevant point for the previous gas year;
u) virtual border point - sum of two or more border points connecting adjacent input-output systems connected to one virtual point (2).
(3) For the purposes of this Order, the following definitions shall also apply:
(a) stock account - an account identifying the volume of booked storage capacity with fixed or interruptible power, the quantity of gas stored, including the quantity of gas that has been pushed, extracted into or out of the virtual gas storage unit or transferred between stock accounts;
(b) storage capacity with a fixed capacity - storage capacity the input or extraction capacity of which is agreed as uninterruptible in the gas storage contract between the gas storage operator and the gas market participant;
(c) storage capacity with interruptible power - storage capacity whose impactor or extractive power is authorised by the gas storage contract to interrupt the gas market participant;
(d) the border point of the gas storage tank - the border point between the gas storage tank and the gas system of the neighbouring State.
§ 3
Gas market
(1) Within the gas market, all time data are given at the time applicable in the Czech Republic.
(2) The gas market is carried out using code numbers and code lists administered by the market operator. The code numbers are used to identify customer demand points, transfer points of cross-border pipelines, gas production points, transfer points or a summary of transmission points between the transmission system and distribution network, transfer points between distribution networks, transfer points between gas storage and transmission system, transfer points between gas storage and the gas system of the neighbouring State and gas market participants excluding customers.
(3) The customer sampling point and the transfer point of the cross-border pipeline are only allocated to the distribution network or transmission system according to the connection point. The point of the gas plant shall be assigned only to the distribution network or transmission system or to another gas plant according to the connection point.
(4) The transmission system operator, distribution system operator and gas storage unit operator shall be considered as customers in the range of losses and own consumption.
(5) A distribution system operator which is divided into multiple distribution networks shall be considered as one customer with multiple virtual demand points representing losses or an unallocated consumption of the distribution system operator in each distribution network.
(6) The quantity of gas at the outlet of the distribution network for the gas day shall be equal to the quantity of gas at the entry into the distribution network and the change in accumulation in the distribution network.
§ 4
Gas system points
(1) The entry points of the gas system are border points, virtual border points, virtual gas storage points, gas production points, transfer points of cross-border pipelines and virtual points of the transmission system operator.
(2) The output points of the gas system are border points, virtual border points, virtual gas storage points, customer demand points, cross-border pipeline transfer points, virtual demand points representing losses or unallocated procurement of the distribution system operator on individual distribution networks and virtual points of the transmission system operator.
(3) There is a virtual point of trade between all gas system input and output points.
§ 5
Labelling of gas market participants, transfer points and sampling points
(1) The market operator records the code lists of registered gas market participants, the anonymous codes of foreign participants and manages the code lists of transmission and demand points and other necessary data to identify gas market participants and individual collection and transfer points. The EIC code is used for code lists. Furthermore, the market operator manages number identifiers for distribution networks.
(2) The distribution system operator shall ensure, for the market operator, the designation of code numbers by
(a) transmission points for cross-border pipelines;
(b) the point of the gas plant in conformity with the gas manufacturer;
(c) transfer points between neighbouring systems in agreement with neighbouring distribution system operators;
(d) transfer points between neighbouring distribution networks;
(e) transfer or collection points connected to the distribution system operated by it, including virtual ones.
(3) The transmission system operator shall ensure, for the market operator, the designation of code numbers by
(a) points of the gas plant in conformity with the gas manufacturer;
(b) transfer points or total transfer points between the transmission system and the distribution network in accordance with the distribution system operator;
(c) border points or virtual border points of the transmission system;
(d) the transmission points between the gas container and the transmission system in accordance with the gas container operator;
(e) transfer points for the sampling points connected to the transmission system, including virtual ones;
(f) border points of gas storage tanks in cooperation with the gas storage tank operator providing a service of cross-border use of the gas storage tank and the affected transmission system operator of the adjacent entry-exit system.
(4) The transmission system operator shall ensure the allocation of the anonymous code referred to in paragraph 1 to the market operator for transmission system users that are a foreign participant.
(5) The transmission or distribution system operator shall ensure that, following the creation of a new transfer point number or a summary of transfer points or a new demand point measuring type A or B3), its immediate transmission to the information system to the market operator following the procedure for initiating the gas supply referred to in Article 113 (5).

GAS TRANSPORT
§ 6
Transport participants
(1) The transmission of gas shall be arranged by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant for a border point, a virtual border point or a virtual gas storage point.
(2) The gas transport is arranged by the customer or gas supplier for the customer's sampling site directly connected to the transmission system.
(3) The gas transfer shall be arranged by the distribution system operator for the sum of transmission points between the transmission and distribution system.
(4) Gas transport for virtual transmission system operators shall not be negotiated. The transmission system operator's virtual points serve exclusively for the needs of the transmission system operator and for the physical and commercial balancing of derogations.
(5) Gas transport is arranged by the gas manufacturer or gas trader for the point of the gas production facility connected to the transmission system.
§ 7
(1) The gas transport takes place through the point of entry of the transmission system, which is a border point, a virtual point of the gas plant connected to the transmission system, a point of the virtual gas storage device and a virtual point of the transmission system operator.
(2) The transmission system output point, which is a border point, the virtual border point of the virtual gas storage unit, the customer demand point directly connected to the transmission system, the transfer point or the sum of transmission points between the transmission and distribution system and the virtual point of the transmission system operator.
(3) The entry point of the virtual gas storage device is the entry point of the transmission system. The output point of the virtual gas storage device is the output from the transmission system.
(4) The transmission system operator shall specify the transmission system points in particular by the name used, the direction of gas flow and the size of the technical capacity.
§ 8
Conclusion of the gas service contract
(1) An application for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of a gas transport service shall be submitted by a clearing entity or by a foreign participant no later than 10 working days before 10: 00: 00 hours before the shipment takes place or before the reservation of the transport capacity or before the auction on an auction reservation platform.
(2) The transmission system operator shall evaluate the request for the conclusion of a gas service contract as referred to in paragraph 1 and, in the case of a positive assessment, send the draft gas service contract to the applicant for the conclusion of the contract by 16: 00: 00 on the fifth working day following the request.
(3) The applicant for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of a gas transport service shall accept the draft contract for the provision of a gas transport service referred to in paragraph 2 in such a way that the contract for the provision of a gas transport service is concluded no later than two working days before 12: 00: 00 hours before the shipment takes place or before the shipment reservation or before the auction on an auction reservation platform.
§ 8a
Change in the determination of agreed transmission system input and output points
(1) At the request of the clearing entity or of a foreign participant having a contract with the transmission system operator to provide a gas transport service, the transmission system operator shall modify the designation of entry or exit border points to the relevant entry and exit virtual border point.
(2) The request may be made only for the purpose of changing the designation of entry or exit points to the relevant entry or exit virtual border points for all transport capacity for which the entity has concluded gas transport service contracts at a given entry or exit point.
(3) The transmission system operator shall verify the request for a change to the designation of the agreed transmission entry and exit points no later than 10 working days from the date on which the request was made.
(4) Where the request is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 2, the transmission system operator shall inform the clearing entity or the foreign participant of the identified non-compliance. Otherwise, the transmission system operator shall send to the clearing entity or to a foreign participant a proposal to amend the content of the obligation under the gas service contract. The proposal to change the content of the obligation from the contract to provide the gas transport service only changes the designated entry or exit border points for the relevant entry or exit virtual border point.
§ 9
Types of transmission capacity at each transmission system input and output points
(1) Under the gas transport service contract, the transmission system operator shall allow the clearing entity or foreign participant to reserve monthly transmission capacity, daily transport capacity, next-day transport capacity and intraday transport capacity for the point of the virtual gas storage device.
(2) Under the gas transport service contract, the transmission system operator shall allow the clearing body to reserve monthly transmission capacity, daily transmission capacity, next-day transmission capacity and intraday transmission capacity for the gas production point.
(3) On the basis of a gas transport service contract, the transmission system operator shall allow the clearing entity or foreign border participant or the virtual border point to reserve annual standard capacity, quarterly standard capacity, monthly standard capacity, daily standard capacity, intraday standard capacity. Transport capacity can be booked as coordinated or uncoordinated. Reservation for a border point or a virtual border point shall be provided via an auction reservation platform. The capacity shall be reserved in the form of an auction in accordance with the directly applicable regulation of the European Union governing the rules for the allocation of transport capacity (2). In order to participate in the auction, a clearing entity or a foreign participant must be registered in an auction reservation platform. By publishing the auction results, capacity is reserved.
(4) The contract for the provision of the gas transport service referred to in Article 6 (3) is concluded with effect from the first gas day of the calendar year.
(5) On the basis of a gas transport service contract, the transmission system operator shall allow the supplier or the customer to reserve the transmission capacity for the customer's demand point directly connected to the transmission system as the transmission capacity for the demand point for an indefinite period, the monthly capacity for the demand point, the sliding capacity for the demand point, the daily capacity for the demand point, the transport capacity for the next day's demand point and the intraday capacity for the demand point.
(6) The transport capacity referred to in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 may be booked as fixed or interruptible. The interruptible transmission capacity shall be offered by the transmission system operator up to the technical capacity level at the relevant point in the transmission system where the volume of interruptible transmission capacity offered does not affect the offered fixed capacity volume.
(7) The reservation of transmission capacity referred to in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 shall be made through the transmission system operator's information system.
(8) Where an entry or exit border point is part of an entry or exit virtual border point, the transmission capacity may not be reserved for that entry or exit point from the gas day on which the relevant virtual border point was established.
Procedures and deadlines for reserve capacities for virtual gas storage points and gas production points
§ 10
(1) Gas transport when booking monthly transport capacity begins on the first gas day of the calendar month for which the capacity is reserved.
(2) A clearing entity or a foreign participant may reserve transport capacity from a gas month other than the gas month immediately following the month in which it requests the reservation of the monthly transport capacity, but not earlier than 24 calendar months before the start of the shipment.
(3) Monthly capacity is reserved for one or more consecutive gas months.
(4) The monthly transport capacity for virtual gas storage points may be reserved for a maximum period of 60 consecutive gas months following the month in which the request for reservation of the monthly fixed or interruptible transport capacity was made. The clearing entity or a foreign participant shall reserve the transport capacity for the point of the virtual gas storage device up to a maximum of the maximum set-up of the maximum extractive or input power from or into the gas storage tank.
§ 11
(1) Gas transport at the time of reservation of daily transport capacity shall begin on the first gas day of the period for which the transport capacity is reserved and end on the last gas day of the period for which the transport capacity is reserved.
(2) A clearing entity or a foreign participant may reserve the transport capacity from a gas day other than the gas day immediately following the gas day on which it requests the reservation of transport capacity.
(3) Daily transport capacity shall be reserved for one or more consecutive gas days.
(4) Daily transport capacity may be reserved for a maximum of 31 gas days from the date of the request for a daily fixed or interruptible transport capacity.
§ 12
(1) The next gas day after the gas day when the next day is booked, the next gas day when the next day is booked by the clearing entity or the foreign participant.
(2) The transport of gas using the next day's transport capacity shall take place for one gas day.
§ 13
(1) Gas transport when booking intraday transport capacity shall commence on the gas day for which intraday transport capacity is reserved.
(2) The transport of gas by the use of intraday transport capacity shall take place for a period of one or a part of a gas day, but always until the end of the gas day for which the capacity was reserved.
§ 14
(1) The intermittent gas transmission capacity referred to in § 10 to 13 shall be reserved by the transmission system operator in cases where a clearing entity or a foreign participant so requests, or where a fixed capacity cannot be booked on the ground that there is no available fixed capacity.
(2) A clearing entity or a foreign participant reserves, for a point in a virtual gas storage facility, interruptible transport capacity in accordance with § 10 to 13 up to a maximum of such amount where the sum of the fixed and interruptible transport capacity of the clearing entity or of a foreign participant for a point in the virtual gas storage unit reaches the amount by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant of the reserved maximum production or input power from or into the gas storage tank.
§ 15
(1) An application for a reservation of transport capacity pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 shall be submitted by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant no later than 8: 00: 00 on the calendar day preceding the gas day from which the shipment is to be started, electronically in the transmission system operator's information system with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
(2) The transmission system operator shall evaluate the request for reservation of transmission capacity submitted pursuant to paragraph 1 by 8: 30 at the latest on the gas day on which the request for reservation of transmission capacity was made.
(3) The transmission capacity for a clearing entity or a foreign participant is reserved by electronic confirmation of compliance under paragraph 1.
(4) Where the request referred to in paragraph 1 is made later, the transmission system operator shall evaluate the request and reserve the transmission capacity no later than 8.30: 00 on the following gas day.
§ 16
(1) An application for a reservation of transport capacity pursuant to Section 12 shall be submitted by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant at the earliest from 9: 00: 00 on the calendar day preceding the gas day from which the shipment is to start on the basis of the reservation of transport capacity and no later than 4: 00: 00 on the gas day on which the shipment is to take place on the basis of the reservation of transport capacity.
(2) The request for the reservation of transmission capacity referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted electronically by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant in the transmission system information system of the transmission system operator with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
(3) The transmission system operator shall immediately, but not later than 15 minutes after receipt of the request for reservation of capacity referred to in paragraph 1, evaluate the request and reserve the capacity in the case of free capacity.
§ 17
(1) An application for a reservation of transport capacity pursuant to Paragraph 13 shall be submitted by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant not earlier than 2 hours before the beginning of the gas day on which the shipment is to be carried out according to the reservation of transport capacity and no later than 2 hours before the start of the shipment.
(2) The request for the reservation of transmission capacity referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted electronically by the clearing entity or by a foreign participant in the transmission system information system of the transmission system operator with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
(3) The transmission system operator shall immediately, but not later than 15 minutes after receipt of the request for reservation of capacity referred to in paragraph 1, evaluate the request and reserve the capacity in the case of free capacity.
Procedures and deadlines for the reservation of capacity for border points
§ 18
(1) At border points or virtual border points, only standard capacity products may be booked in accordance with § 9 (3), which are booked in the form of auctions on an auction reservation platform.
(2) Auctions dates for annual standard capacity, quarterly standard capacity and monthly standard capacity are set by the auction calendar and published on the auction reservation platform. The auction dates for day-ahead standard capacity and intraday standard capacity shall be determined in accordance with the directly applicable European Union rules governing the allocation of transmission capacity (4).
(3) The transmission system operator shall publish in a manner that allows remote access to the size of technical capacity, free coordinated capacity, free uncoordinated capacity, auction dates and references to an auction reservation platform for individual border points or virtual border points. In addition, it shall publish the size of the technical capacity of the adjacent transmission system operator at the interconnection point, if known to the transmission system operator.
(4) In the publication of the spare capacity, the transmission system operator shall also take into account the volumes of the allocated capacity under the directly applicable European Union law adjusting the rules for the allocation of transmission capacity (5), the allocated capacity for standard products with a reservation period shorter than the product offered in the auction, shall not be included in the spare capacity.
(5) A variable or fixed price shall be paid for the transport capacity competing in the auction for a border point or virtual border point. The variable price is the price for the reservation of transport capacity established by the Energy Regulatory Authority ("the Authority ') in a price decision at a time when the transport capacity can be used and increased by an auction premium. The fixed price is the price for the reservation of transport capacity set by the Office in the price decision at the time of the auction, escalated to the price level of the calendar year in which the transport capacity can be used, plus the auction premium.
§ 19
(1) Gas transport at the time of reservation of annual standard transport capacity shall begin on the first gas day of the gas year and end on the last gas day of the gas year for which the transport capacity is reserved.
(2) The reserve of the annual standard transport capacity shall be made for each gas year separately and for a maximum of 15 years.
(3) The transport of gas upon reservation of quarterly standard transport capacity shall begin on the first gas day of the quarter of the relevant gas year starting on 1 October, 1 January, 1 April and 1 July and ending on the end of the last gas day of the quarter for which the transport capacity has been reserved. The reservation of quarterly standard transport capacity shall be made separately for each quarter and for each quarter in the relevant gas year in one auction calendar date.
Procedures and deadlines for the reservation of capacities for customer demand points directly connected to the transmission system
§ 20
(1) The request for the reservation of transport capacity for customer demand points directly connected to the transmission system is submitted by the customer or by a new gas supplier in the event of the conclusion of a contract with the customer for combined gas supply services, in the cases referred to in Sections 110 (1) and 113 (5), in the dates referred to in Sections 110 (3) or 113 (5).
(2) The transmission system operator shall inform the gas market participant of the possibility to reserve the transmission capacity by the deadline referred to in Article 110 (5) and in the cases referred to in Article 113 (5) without undue delay. The reservation of transport capacity shall be made in the event of registration of the standard change of the gas supplier by the deadline specified in § 112 (5) or § 113 (5).
