DECLARATION
of 29 October 2013
amending Regulation No 97 / 2008 Coll., on the models of service uniforms of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, their use and manner of external marking, and the model of the service card (Order on equipment and service pass of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic)
According to § 25 (c) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 97 / 2008 Coll., on models of service uniforms of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, their use and manner of external marking, and the model of the service card (Order on dress up and service pass of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic), is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Working uniform I or working uniform II shall be used by the member in the performance of his service according to the nature of the activity, except in the cases referred to in paragraph 3. ';
footnote 1 is deleted.
2. Paragraph 1 (4) is deleted.
3. in Article 2 (1) (a) and (b), the words "uniform coat with insert" shall be deleted, after the word "universal" shall be inserted the word "park" and after the words "passport with insert" shall be inserted the words "light jacket."
4. In Article 2 (1) (b), the words "summer dress' shall be inserted after the words" sleeves'.
5. In Paragraph 2 (1), at the end of point (b), the word "a 'is replaced by a dot and point (c), including footnote 2, is deleted.
6. in Article 3, point (g) is deleted;
Points (h) to (k) shall be renumbered as points (g) to (j).
7. In the first sentence of Article 4 (1), the words "summer dresses," the words "uniform cloaks with a insert" shall be inserted after the word "universal" and the words "parks, light jackets."
8. In the last sentence of Article 4 (1), the words "polo shirt with collar," shall be inserted after the words "On."
9. in Article 5 (2) (b), "a" is replaced by a comma and the following point (c) is inserted after point (b):
"(c) rescue unit and."
Point (c) shall be renumbered (d).
10. In Article 5 (3), the words "summer dresses," the words "uniform mantle with a insert" shall be inserted after the words "universal"; the words "parks, light jackets," shall be inserted after the words "long sleeves," the words "polo-shirt with collar," and the word "blouse" shall be replaced by the words "blouse."
11. in the last sentence of Article 6 (1), "which is embroidered or woven" shall be deleted.
12. In Article 6, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "The sleeve character is embroidered or woven."
13. in Article 6 (2), the words "summer dresses, parks, light jackets," shall be inserted after the words "long sleeves," and the words "blouse" shall be replaced by "blouse."
14. in Article 7 (3) and (4):
"(3) The jacket of the social uniform, the case dress and the summer dress in women has a quality mark embroidered on the left sleeve and is embroidered on the left sleeve of the summer and winter coat.
(4) On the blouse of the working uniform II and the park, the rank mark is placed above the right breast pocket, on the pullover with long sleeves, light jacket and half shirt with collar are placed on the right side of the front part. The proper marking is embroidered. ';
15. in Article 8 (3) (a), "a" is replaced by a comma; at the end of point (b), the dot is replaced by "a" and the following point (c) is added:
"(c) at the ceremonial and social uniform."
16. in Article 9 (2), the words "working uniform II" are replaced by the words "working uniform blouse II, half shirt with collar."
17. In Annex 1, the representation of the working uniform shall: I is replaced by a new picture and the text below is:
"
The essential components of the working uniform I shall be:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue discharge on the sleeves of sleeves, dark-blue pants with grey-blue puffs in side seams, blue shirt, or a half-shirt with a dark-blue collar, dark-blue cap with a label, blue socks, black loafers, dark-blue tie,
b) in the case of women, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves, a dark-blue skirt, or dark-blue trousers with grey-blue puffs in the side seams, a blue blouse, or a half-shirt with a dark-blue collar, a dark-blue hat, stocking pants of body colour, black boats, dark-blue tie,
(c) in the case of the generational ranks, a dark blue jacket with a wine red droppings on the sleeves of the sleeves and on the circumference of the shoulders and with a lip branch on the collar, a dark blue pants with a wine red droppings in the side seams, or a dark blue skirt in the female, a blue shirt in the male, a blue blouse in the female, or a half-shirt dark-blue with a collar, a dark-blue cap with a label decorated with a lime branch in the male, or a dark-blue hat in the female, dark-blue socks, or stocking pants in the female, black polo-lobes in the male, or black pumps in the female, the universal shell, dark-blue tie. "
18. In Annex 1, figure II is replaced by the following:
"
The basic equipment components of the working uniform II are dark blue blouse or half-shirt dark blue with collar, dark blue pants, shirt grey or dark blue, black shoes or boots, dark blue hats. The working uniform II can be placed with conspicuous elements and the hat marked "HASIČI." "
Transitional provision
Tapered jacket with insert and accessories of working uniform Even in the grey-blue version and working uniform II made in accordance with Decree No. 97 / 2008 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2016.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
