on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 6 / 2008 of 20 August 2008 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No. 5 / 2007 of 17 September 2007 on the Prices of Heat Energy Energy.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 August 2008, in the amount of 8. The price decision shall take effect on 1 October 2008.
