on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease and the adjustment of the cost of maintenance of survivors

Compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors belonging to a member or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended, or under previous legislation, shall be adjusted by adding 0,6% and 260 CZK to the average service income responsible for calculating compensation for loss of service income and for calculating the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors, adjusted according to previous government regulations.
The adjustment of the compensation for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be for the member or survivors from 1 January 2025, provided that the entitlement of the member or survivors has been acquired before 1 January 2025.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of maintenance costs for survivors shall be made without the request of the member or survivors.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
