determining the remuneration of members of the Public Audit Oversight Presidium
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 50a of Act No. 93 / 2009 Coll., on Auditors and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Auditors), as amended by Act No. 299 / 2016 Coll., for the implementation of § 40a paragraph 1 of the Act on Auditors:
Determination of remuneration
(1) The monthly remuneration for the function of Presidium member is CZK 27420.
(2) The monthly remuneration for the performance of the duties of Presidium, President of the Council, is CZK 38 410.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
