GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 September 2021
amending Government Regulation No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 145 (1) and § 148 (1) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 35 / 2019 Coll., and under § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended by Government Regulation No. 279 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 327 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 115 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 342 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 263 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 36 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 158 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 300 / 2019 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 603 / 2020 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "not referred to in paragraph 2 'are deleted.
2. Paragraph 2 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
3. In Article 6 (1) and (3), "No 4 'is replaced by" No 3'.
4. In Article 6a (2), "Annexes 2 and 3 'is replaced by" Annex 2';
5. In Annex 1, point 6, the words "occupational 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 1, point 7 is added:
"7. Health and Health Protection."
8. Annex 3, including the title, is deleted.
Annex 4 to date shall be renumbered Annex 3.
9. In Annex 3, Group I, point 4 is deleted.
Points 5 to 10 shall be renumbered 4 to 9 and paragraphs 10.1 and 10.2 shall be renumbered 9.1 and 9.2 respectively.
10. In Annex 3, in Group II, the following point 7 is added:
'7. Implementation of national health surveillance in the framework of a health service related to the protection and safeguarding of public interests and outside the seat of the Office.
The amount of the special allowance shall be determined by the service authority according to the inconvenience and controversy of the performance of health surveillance, the diversity of the conditions of service and the likelihood of exposure to the effects of aggravating effects which cannot be anticipated in advance. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
