on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended by the Act on the Terms of Business, as amended by the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of the Government of the Czech Republic in the Field of Energy, as amended by the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3), § 4, 5, 6, 24 and § 26 of the Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll.
In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 3 / 2017 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 26 September 2017, amounting to 5. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2018.
The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 4 / 2017 was published in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 26 September 2017, amounting to 6. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2018.
