DECLARATION
of 19 December 2014
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 408 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part South Moravian Region, the word "Rojetín 'is inserted after the word" Rohozec'.
2. In Annex No 1, part of the Králové Hradec Region, the word ", Česov 'is inserted after the word" Bystřice'.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Přeboví" is inserted after the word "Polerada."
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word ", Horín 'is inserted after the word" Upper Potáply'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Rokytá 'is inserted after the word" Ptěrov'.
6. In Annex 2, in the text of the table after the row:

Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
