GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 September 2001
adjusting, for the purposes of sickness insurance (care), the amounts for establishing calculation bases
The Government mandates pursuant to § 40 (1) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on the sickness insurance of employees, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and pursuant to § 17 (2) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll.:
§ 1
The amounts for determining the daily basis of assessment referred to in § 18 paragraphs 8 and 9 of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and most recently increased by Government Decree No. 413 / 2000 Coll. are amended as follows:
(a) the amount of CZK 430 is increased to CZK 480,
b) The amount of CZK 630 is increased to CZK 690.
§ 2
The amounts for determining the average amount per calendar day referred to in § 17 (1) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and the last increased Government Decree No. 413 / 2000 Coll. are amended as follows:
(a) the amount of CZK 430 is increased to CZK 480,
b) The amount of CZK 630 is increased to CZK 690.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
