GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 August 2000
determining the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles
The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (1) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll.:
The fee for the use of the motorway and the express road ("the fee ') by a road motor vehicle with at least four wheels (" motor vehicle') or a combination of vehicles shall be:
(a) per calendar year for a motor vehicle or combination
| 1. do celkové hmotnosti 3,5 tuny | 800 Kč, |
| 2. o celkové hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do 12 tun | 6 000 Kč, |
| 3. o celkové hmotnosti nad 12 tun | 12 000 Kč; |
(b) per calendar month for a motor vehicle or combination
| 1. do celkové hmotnosti 3,5 tuny | 200 Kč, |
| 2. o celkové hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do 12 tun | 1 000 Kč, |
| 3. o celkové hmotnosti nad 12 tun | 2 000 Kč; |
(c) for a period up to 10 calendar days for a motor vehicle or a combination of vehicles
| 1. do celkové hmotnosti 3,5 tuny | 100 Kč, |
| 2. o celkové hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do 12 tun | 400 Kč, |
| 3. o celkové hmotnosti nad 12 tun | 800 Kč; |
(d) one day for a motor vehicle or a combination of vehicles
| pouze pro celkovou hmotnost nad 12 tun | 300 Kč. |
Government Decree No. 146 / 1999 Coll., adjusting the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
