amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, is amended as follows:
Article 76 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) In the territory of the capital city of Prague state administration in the conservation of nature and landscape
(a) the Municipality of Prahy39) with the jurisdiction of the District Office pursuant to § 77;
(b) municipal authorities (39) with the jurisdiction of municipal authorities and entrusted municipal authorities under this Act, except for the jurisdiction under § 76 (2) (a) to (d). "
2. footnote (39):
"39) Act ČNR No. 418 / 1990 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended by Act No. 439 / 1991 Coll."
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
