DECLARATION
of 19 December 2014
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the authentication of signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., and Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (b), the words "Habsí, Hlavatka," shall be inserted after the words "Hlinčová Hora," and after the words "Stone Escape," the words "Komarice," shall be inserted. "
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (k), the words "Krty- Hradec," shall be inserted after the word "Milonovice," the words "Munich," and the words "Rakovice," shall be inserted after the word "Slaník,."
3. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (m), the word" Stone' is inserted after the word "Jílovice '.
4. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" All-myslice' is inserted after the word "Týn nad Vltavou '.
5. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (s), the word" Undercoast' is inserted after the word "Orlovice ';
6. In the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the word" Countess' shall be inserted after the word "Hostim, ', the word" Herčice,' shall be inserted after the word "Escape, 'and the word" Věčice,' shall be inserted after the word "Great Karlov, '.
7. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (b), the word" Turkeys' shall be inserted after the word "Trebeň '.
8. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (c), the words" Smolné Pice' shall be inserted after the word "Sadov ';
9. In the part "Králové Hradec Region ', point (g), the word" Pachalky' is inserted after the word "Pachalky, ', the word" Česhov' is inserted after the word "Dětenice, 'the word" Lower Lochov,' is inserted after the word "Radim, 'the word" Samšina,' and the word "Velice 'is inserted after the word" Volanice,'.
10. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', at the end of the text in point (l), the word" Saviors' is added.
11. in the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (n), the word "Chádovice," shall be inserted after the word "Chale," and after the word "Little Svatonovice," the words "Marshov u Úpek," shall be inserted.
12. In the part "Liberec Region ', point (a) is inserted after the word" Closeup,' and at the end of the text in point (a) the word ", Ždríc 'is added.
13. In the part "Moravian-Silesian Region ', point (c), the word" Roudno' is inserted after the word "Razz '.
14. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (c), the word" Dzbel' shall be inserted after the word "Budědsko, ';
15. in the part "Olomouc Region," point (h), the word "Prostějov," shall be inserted after the word "Prostějovičky," after the word "Sržice," the word "Serbia," and the word "Certain," shall be inserted after the word "Vícov,";
16. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the words" Stará Ves' shall be inserted after the word "Říkovice ';
17. in the part "Pardubice Region," point (f) is inserted after the word "Tatenice,"
18. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (b), the word "Chocomyl," and the word "Pelechy," shall be inserted after the word "New Kramolín,"
19. in the part "Plzeňský kraj ', point (d), the words" Hlohovský, Hlohovčice' shall be inserted after the words "Nížejov ';
20. in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (f), the words" High Libya' shall be inserted after the words "Tis u Blatna ';
21. In the part of "Plzeň kraj," point (g), the word "Kramolín," shall be inserted after the word "Monastery."
22. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (h), the word "Nezarnej," shall be inserted after the word "Superfish."
23. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (l), the word "Bukovec," and the word "Khobodšov," is inserted after the word "Kvíčovice,"

25. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (a), the word "Krňany," shall be inserted after the word "Chocerada,"

27. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (f), the word "Doubravčice," shall be inserted after the word "Czech Brod."
28. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (j), the word" Radovesnice I' is inserted after the word "Radim ';
29. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" Bredce,' is inserted after the word "Bredce, 'and the word" Jodčice,' is inserted after the word "Pojjany '.
30. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (v), the word" Křenice' is inserted after the words "Kostelec u Křížky '.
31. in the section "Central Bohemian Region," point (w), the word "Milesov," shall be inserted after the words "Beautiful Hora nad Vltava."
32. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (e), the word" Whistles' shall be inserted after the word "Milky Jets';
33. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (j), the words" Podbořanský Rohozec' are deleted;
34. In the part "Vysočina Region ', point (b), the word" Leskovice' shall be inserted after the word "Beautiful Mountain '.
35. in the part "Zlinsky kraj," point (e) is inserted after the word "Halenkovice,"
36. in the part "Zlín Region ', point (i), the word" Drnovice' is inserted after the word "Brumov-Bylnice ';
37. in the part "Zlín Region," point (j), the word "Oznice," shall be inserted after the word "Mikulovka,";
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
