DECLARATION
of 16 October 2013
on the submission of reports by banks and branches of foreign banks to the Czech National Bank
Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 41 paragraph 3 of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 227 / 2013 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree regulates the content, form, time and method of compiling and submitting the reports to the Czech National Bank by banks and branches of foreign banks, both following the directly applicable European Union1 regulations) and other statements to ensure the tasks of the Czech National Bank.
The compilation and submission of reports on a consolidated basis under this Order shall also apply to financial holding persons or mixed financial holding persons approved under a law governing the activities of banks or persons temporarily designated as liable under this Act (hereinafter referred to as "financial holding person ').
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this decree:
(a) a data set of electronic data clusters with predefined data structures that are methodologically described, transmitted and processed as a whole by the information system;
(b) both the security and the book-entry security.
Bank and branch of foreign bank on an individual basis
The Bank and the branch of a foreign bank shall compile for each business day and shall present, by the eighth working day following that business day at the latest, the CEO (CNB) report 1-98 "Daily statement of unsecured overnight deposits'.
(1) The Bank and the branch of a foreign bank shall draw up and submit on the last day of each calendar month:
(a) within 15 days of the end of the calendar month to which they relate, the following statements:
1. Bil (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly balance sheet of the bank's assets and liabilities / branch of the foreign bank,"
2.V (CNB) 60-12 "Monthly statement of traditional securitisation and other credit transfers of a bank / branch of a foreign bank,"
3. VST (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on loans and claims on clients,"
4. VST (ČNB) 3-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on loans and deposits in relation to credit institutions,"
5. VST (ČNB) 11-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on deposits and loans from customers,"
6. VST (ČNB) 22- 12 "Monthly statement of securities issued by a bank / branch of a foreign bank"; and
7. VST (ČNB) 41-12 "Monthly overview of securities held by a bank / branch of a foreign bank,"
(b) within 17 days of the end of the calendar month to which they relate, the following statements:
1. VT (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on write-offs of loans and other claims,"
2. VUS (CNB) 1-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of deposits and loans received,"
3. VUS (CNB) 2-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of loans granted"; and
4. VUS (CNB) 3-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of non-marketable debt securities,"
(c) within 20 days of the end of the calendar month to which they relate, the following statements:
1. VUS (CNB) 11-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of newly received deposits and loans,"
2. VUS (CNB) 12-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of newly granted loans"; and
3. VUS (CNB) 13-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of non-marketable debt securities in new business,"
(d) within 24 days of the end of the calendar month to which it relates, the Dev (CNB) statement 11-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on the selected debits and payments"; and
(e) within 25 days of the end of the calendar month to which it relates, the FIN (IND) statement 01-12 "Financial information (FINREP) on an individual basis."
(2) The statement referred to in paragraph 1 (e) drawn up after:
(a) March, June and September shall be submitted within 37 days of the end of the calendar month to which it relates;
(b) December shall be submitted by 10 February of the following year.
(1) The Bank and the branch of a foreign bank shall draw up and submit on the last day of each calendar quarter:
(a) within 15 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the E (CNB) report 5-04 "Reporting on the organisational structure and qualified interests of the bank / branch of the foreign bank,"
(b) within 20 days of the end of the calendar quarter:
1.P (ČNB) 3-04 "Quarterly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on the anticipated direct direct debits of non-residents from domestic securities"; and
2.P (ČNB) 4-04 "Quarterly report of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on future instalments of loans received from non-residents,"
(c) within 25 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which they relate, the following statements:
1.V (ČNB) 13-04 "Quarterly statement of interest costs and income of the bank / branch of the foreign bank,"
2.V (ČNB) 39-04 "Additional details of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on mortgage loans"; and
3. BD (ČNB) 18-04 "Reporting of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on covered bonds and mortgage loans"; and
(d) within 29 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the BD (CNB) report 25-04 "Reporting of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on deposit concentration."
(2) The statement referred to in paragraph 1 (c) (1), drawn up for the fourth quarter, shall be submitted by 20 February of the following year.
(3) The statement referred to in paragraph 1 (c) (2), drawn up for the fourth quarter, shall be submitted by 31 January of the following year.
(4) The statements referred to in paragraph 1 (c) (3) and (d), drawn up for the fourth quarter, shall be submitted by 10 February of the following year.
The bank and the branch of the foreign bank shall, for the reference periods of 3 consecutive calendar months, draw up, on the basis of the status as at the last day of February, May, August and November and submit, within 30 calendar days following the end of the reference period to which it relates, the UVIS (CNB) statement 01-04 "Consumer loans secured by residential real estate '.
For each calendar year, the bank and the branch of the foreign bank shall compile and submit:
(a) by 15 February according to the situation at 31 December of the preceding year, the E (CNB) report 10-01 "Annual report of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on the number of banknotes and coins processed"; and
(b) by 31 May, according to the situation at 30 April of the current year, the E (CNB) Report 9-01 "Annual Statement of Treasury Activities of banks / branches of foreign banks."
Statement from the bank and branch of the bank from a non-Member State
(1) The bank and the branch of a bank from a non-Member State shall draw up, on the last day of each calendar quarter, and submit within 30 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the BD (CNB) report 24-04 "Quarterly statement of insured claims on deposits."
(2) A bank and a branch of a bank from a non-Member State shall draw up, on the last day of each calendar quarter, and submit, within 33 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the BD (CNB) report 23-04 "Interest-rate risk reporting." The fourth quarter statement shall be submitted by 10 February of the following year.
(3) The Bank shall compile and submit on an individual basis reports in accordance with the directly applicable European Union regulation governing the prudential requirements and those implementing it.
(4) A bank which is not included in the prudential consolidation at the level of the Czech Republic and a branch of a bank from a non-Member State is established and submitted for:
(a) by 15 March of each calendar year, by 31 December of the preceding year, the FP (IND) statement 01-01 "Financing plans on an individual basis"; and
(b) the previous financial year by 15 June of the following calendar year, the REMHE (IND) statement 01-01 "Information on the remuneration of high-income workers."
(5) The branch of a bank other than a Member State shall draw up and submit, on an individual basis, statements corresponding to the directly applicable European Union regulation governing prudential requirements and its implementing rules to the same extent, periodicity and terms as banks pursuant to paragraph 3.
(6) The Bank shall draw up and submit by 15 June of the following calendar year a statement of REMHR (IND) 01-01 "Authorised higher ratios between variable and fixed remuneration" every two years for the previous financial year.
Reporting on a consolidated basis
(1) A bank which is a domestic controlling bank and which is not controlled by a European financial holding company and a financial holding person shall be established and submitted by:
(a) statements pursuant to a directly applicable European Union regulation governing the prudential requirements and rules implementing it;
(b) for each calendar year until 15 March in accordance with the status as at 31 December of the preceding year, a statement FP (CON) 01-01 "Financing plans on a consolidated basis,"
(c) for each calendar year until 31 January according to the condition on 1 January and without undue delay after the change or occurrence of the relevant event, the E (CNB) Report 8-01 "Group Report"; and
(d) for the previous financial year up to 15 June of the following calendar year, the REMHE (CON) statement 01-01 "Information on the remuneration of high-income workers on a consolidated basis."
(2) The statement referred to in paragraph 1 (c) of the Bank, which is a domestic controlling bank, and the financial holding person does not submit a report to the Czech National Bank on the structure of the group and the persons in the group pursuant to the legislation implementing certain provisions of the Financial Conglomerates Act.
(3) The bank which is a member of a group of mixed holding persons shall compile:
(a) on the last day of each calendar quarter and submit, within 35 days of the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the BD (CNB) report 14- 04 "Intra-group reporting of mixed holding persons"; and
(b) for each calendar year, by 1 January and by 31 January and without undue delay after the change or occurrence of the relevant event, submit a statement E (CNB) 8-01 "Group Report."
(4) The statement referred to in paragraph 3 (a) for the fourth quarter shall be submitted by 25 March of the following year.
Common provisions for bank statements and branches of a foreign bank
(1) The statements referred to in Articles 3 (1) (e), 6 (2) and (4) and 7 (1) (b) shall also be submitted on request under the law governing the activities of banks.
(2) The content of the statements referred to in Sections 2a to 7, with the exception of the statements pursuant to the directly applicable European Union regulation governing the prudential requirements and the rules implementing it and the BD (CNB) 14-04, is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree. The content of the BD (CNB) 14-04 is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
(1) The Bank and the branch of a foreign bank shall compile and submit the V series statements, with the exception of the V series (CNB) 13-04, as well as the VST series reports, VT, VUS, Dev, P, Bil (CNB) 1-12, E series report (CNB) 9-01, E series (CNB) 10-01, UVIS (CNB) 01-04 and CEO report (CNB) 1-98 with information relating to the activities of that bank or of a foreign bank in the Czech Republic. The report VST (ČNB) 41-12 is compiled and presented separately for the activities of its branches abroad.
(2) The statements referred to in Articles 3 to 7 which are not referred to in paragraph 1 shall be drawn up and submitted by:
(a) a bank with information relating to the activities of that bank in the Czech Republic and to the activities of its branches abroad;
(b) a branch of a foreign bank with data relating to the activities of that branch of a foreign bank in the Czech Republic.
Common provisions for reporting
(1) A bank, a branch of a foreign bank and a financial holding person shall proceed to draw up the statements submitted in accordance with the rules laid down by the accounting and financial statements legislation3) or international accounting standards governed by European Union4 ("International Accounting Standards").
(2) The Bank includes data for its branches abroad in reported data according to accounting legislation or international accounting standards.
(3) For the valuation of reported data, the methods laid down in accounting and international accounting standards or prudential requirements shall apply.
(4) For the conversion of foreign exchange data into data reported in Czech currency, the bank, branch of foreign bank and financial holding company shall use the foreign exchange market rate declared by the Czech National Bank for the date on which the statement is drawn up, unless otherwise provided for in the law governing accounting or prudential requirements. For data in currencies for which the Czech National Bank does not declare foreign exchange market rates, the bank, the branch of the foreign bank and the financial holding company shall use the conversion according to the accounting legislation.
(5) When reporting data on claims and liabilities to MFIs resident
(a) the Czech Republic, uses the bank and branch of foreign banks for their identification and classification "List of MFIs in the Czech Republic" issued and updated by the Czech National Bank, which publishes it in a way that allows remote access,
(b) Member States of the European Union, with the exception of the Czech Republic, shall use the Bank and the branch of foreign banks to identify and classify "List of MFIs for statistical purposes" issued and updated by the European Central Bank, which shall publish it in a way that allows remote access.
Method and form of reporting
(1) The Bank, the branch of a foreign bank and the financial holding company submit the reports to the Czech National Bank in electronic form according to § 2a to 7 as data reports in the format and structure of the data files.
(2) The data messages referred to in paragraph 1 are transmitted by means enabling remote access via the Internet application or user interface of the Czech National Bank collection system.
(3) The data report referred to in paragraph 1 shall be signed by a bank, a branch of a foreign bank and a financial holding person recognised by the electronic signature of the contact person.
(4) The Bank, the branch of a foreign bank and the financial holding company will communicate to the Czech National Bank the name, address of the workplace, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact persons. The Bank, the branch of a foreign bank and a financial holding company shall inform the Czech National Bank of changes to this information without undue delay.
Corrections and changes in accounts
(1) If an error or change in the statement data is detected after the submission of the statements to the Czech National Bank, the bank, branch of foreign bank and financial holding person shall submit a corrected statement to the Czech National Bank without undue delay. If the correction affects data also in other statements or statements for further periods of time, the bank, the branch of the foreign bank and the financial holding company shall also correct all such subsequent statements.
(2) If, on the basis of the verification of the accounts by the auditor of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank, changes in the data reported in the Bil (CNB) statements 1-12, VST (CNB) 1-12, VST (CNB) 11-12, VST (CNB) 22-12, VST (CNB) 41-12, VUS (CNB) 1-12, VUS (CNB) 2-12, VUS (CNB) 3-12, E (ČNB) 5-04, FIN (NB) 0.1-12 and BD series reports drawn up at the end of the financial year, the bank or branch of the foreign bank shall submit, within 15 days following the corresponding changes in their accounts, in the revised values.
(3) The bank or branch of a foreign bank shall re-submit the accounts referred to in paragraph 2, also drawn up for a further period of the current year, if they are affected by the adjustment of the data at the end of the last financial year, following the verification of the accounts by the auditor. The re-submission of those statements shall be carried out by the bank and the branch of the foreign bank in the form of a routine correction within one month of the submission of the statements referred to in paragraph 2.
Additional information to the reported reports
The Bank and the financial holding person shall submit additional information to the E (CNB) statement, the content of which is set out in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Transitional provision
Measures of the Czech National Bank No 2 of 18 November 2011, as amended by the Czech National Bank measure No 1 of 12 November 2012, shall apply to the obligation to draw up and submit reports relating to the period until 31 December 2013.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.

Content of the reports submitted to the Czech National Bank
1. Bil (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly balance sheet of bank assets and liabilities / branch of foreign bank"
The statement shall contain data on balance sheet items for monetary purposes. The balance of assets and liabilities shall be supplemented by the specific data needed to calculate the reserve requirements, credit monitoring data and deposits vis-à-vis related deposit institutions and a more detailed breakdown of financial derivatives. For the purposes of the compilation of the crown and foreign exchange positions of a bank or branch of a foreign bank, the basic breakdown of assets and liabilities shall be supplemented by selected items of balance sheet assets and liabilities and some other additional data.
2.V (ČNB) 13-04 "Quarterly statement of interest costs and income of a bank / branch of a foreign bank"
The statement shall contain an overview of the cumulative values of total interest costs and credit and deposit income from the beginning of the year at the date of drawing up the statement broken down by economic sector.
3.V (ČNB) 39-04 "Additional details of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on mortgage loans"
The statement shall contain data on the number and volume of mortgage loans according to the purpose of providing and the method of acquiring the subject of mortgage credit for stocks and new business, on mortgage loans by fixation period and on average interest rates broken down into stocks and new business and on mortgage loans broken down by categorisation.
4.V (CNB) 60-12 "Monthly statement of traditional securitisation and other credit transfers of a bank / branch of a foreign bank"
The report shall include data on securitised loans in the form of traditional securitisations and other credit transfers with an impact on balance sheet loan stocks and without an impact on balance sheet loan stocks. The data refer to the selected counterparties of the credit transfer combined with the underlying sectoral and territorial breakdown of the credit borrower.
5. VST (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on loans and claims on clients"
The report shall include information on the status and structure of the loans granted by the bank or the branch of a foreign bank to clients without credit institutions broken down by categorisation, original maturity, selected currencies, counterparty jurisdiction in economic sectors, main economic activities of clients, territorial jurisdiction of counterparties, type of credit, nature of loans on revolving loans and others, by size and type of security.
Additional data are introduced for loans granted to a central counterparty from reverse repurchase transactions and loans granted to institutions for the securitisation of assets. Further additional information is the volumes of syndicated loans provided.
6. VST (ČNB) 3-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on loans and deposits in relation to credit institutions"
The statement shall contain data on the status and structure of deposits held by the bank or branch of a foreign bank with other credit institutions and on the deposits of other credit institutions accepted by the bank or branch of a foreign bank, on the structure of loans granted by the bank or branch of a foreign bank to other credit institutions, broken down by selected currencies, the territorial jurisdiction of counterparties, the type of deposits and loans and the jurisdiction of counterparties to economic sectors.
Additional data are information on the volume of syndicated loans granted to credit institutions, the volume of syndicated loans received from credit institutions and the volume of transferable deposits received from credit institutions.
7. VST (ČNB) 11-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on deposits and loans from clients"
The report shall contain data on the status and structure of deposits and loans received from non-credit institutions clients broken down by original maturity, selected currencies, counterparty jurisdiction in economic sectors, the main economic activities of clients, the territorial jurisdiction of counterparties and the type of deposits.
The report shall be supplemented by data characterising transferable customer deposits, electronic money, clearing counterparty liabilities, specialised asset securitisation institutions and trust funds, and shall include data on the volumes of syndicated loans received.
8. VST (ČNB) 22- 12 "Monthly statement of securities issued by a bank / branch of a foreign bank"
The statement shall contain information on the status of individual non-marketable and other debt and equity securities issued by a bank or a branch of a foreign bank held by customers and credit institutions broken down by counterparty jurisdiction in economic sectors, territorial jurisdiction, selected currencies and types of securities.
The additional part shall consist of the status data of the bank or branch of a foreign bank issued by other debt securities with nominal capital security at repayment of less than 100% of the basic currency breakdown.
9. VST (ČNB) 41-12 "Monthly overview of securities held by a bank / branch of a foreign bank"
The statement shall contain an inventory of securities and holdings held by a bank or branch of a foreign bank for its own account, an inventory of liabilities arising from short-term securities sales and an overview of changes in the fair value of spot transactions in securities. The data shall be reported on a security-by-security basis indicating the underlying characteristics of the security and its issuer.
10. VT (ČNB) 1-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on write-offs of loans and other claims"
The report shall include data on the amount of write-off of credit claims and some other items from on-balance sheet assets, including losses from transferred claims made by a bank or a branch of a foreign bank over the reference period, broken down by original maturity, selected currencies, the territorial jurisdiction of counterparties and the jurisdiction of counterparties to economic sectors.
Deduction of debt and equity securities which are not revalued at fair value or equivalent is also included. Furthermore, the report contains data on the write-off volumes of syndicated loans provided.
11. VUS (CNB) 1-12 "Monthly statement of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on interest rates of deposits and loans received"
The report shall contain data on the status and structure of deposits and loans received from clients broken down by the calculated interest rate, original maturity, selected currencies, counterparty status in economic sectors and type of deposits.
12. VUS (CNB) 2-12 "Monthly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of loans granted"
The report shall include information on the status and structure of the loans granted to clients broken down by the calculated interest rate, the original maturity, the selected currencies, counterparty eligibility in the economic sectors, past due and debt restructuring, residual maturity of the loan, residual rate fixation, type of credit and nature of loans for revolving loans and others.
13. VUS (CNB) 3-12 "Monthly statement of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on interest rates of non-marketable debt securities"
The statement shall contain information on the status of a bank or branch of a foreign bank issued by a non-marketable debt securities held by customers and on the status of a bank or branch of a foreign bank held by non-marketable debt securities issued by non-banks broken down by the calculated interest rate, the jurisdiction of counterparties to the economic sectors, selected currencies, the type of securities and the original maturity determined at issue.
14. VUS (CNB) 11-12 "Monthly statement of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on interest rates of newly received deposits and loans"
The report shall contain data on the volumes of newly received deposits and loans agreed between the bank or branch of a foreign bank and clients during the reference month, broken down by calculated interest rate, counterparty status in economic sectors, selected currencies, type of deposits and original maturity.
15. VUS (CNB) 12-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on interest rates of newly granted loans"
The report shall include data on the volumes of newly granted loans agreed between the bank or a branch of a foreign bank and clients during the reference month broken down by calculated interest rate, counterparty status in the economic sectors, selected currencies, type of credit, initial period of interest rate fixation, amount of credit, debt restructuring, original maturity, amount of collateral and new credit trade category. The report also contains additional data on the volumes of new loans granted to clients broken down by annual percentage rate of cost.
16. VUS (CNB) 13-12 "Monthly statement of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on interest rates of non-marketable debt securities in new business"
The statement contains data on volumes of non-marketable debt securities issued by a bank or branch of a foreign bank issued by non-marketable debt securities sold to residents in the Czech Republic and on volumes of non-marketable debt securities issued by non-bank entities in the Czech Republic and purchased by a bank or branch of a foreign bank in primary issues during the reference month broken down by calculated interest rate, counterparty status in economic sectors, selected currencies, type of securities and original maturity determined at issue.
17. Dev (ČNB) 11-12 "Monthly account of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on selected withdrawals and payments"
The statement shall contain data on the volume of direct debits and payments made by the bank or branch of a foreign bank in the reference month in convertible foreign currencies and in the Czech currency against abroad for selected operations, broken down into:
(a) the purchase and sale of foreign currency by currency;
(b) financial services provided and drawn when carrying out own or client-by-country transactions; and
(c) realised gains / losses on financial derivatives by underlying asset.
18.P (ČNB) 3-04 "Quarterly statement of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on expected direct direct debits of non-residents from domestic securities"
The statement shall contain information on the expected direct debits of non-residents - clients of a bank or branch of a foreign bank to which the bank or branch of a foreign bank provides custody, administration, deposit or management services of domestic debt securities with contractual maturity over 1 year. The data for debt securities shall be reported separately for the collection of nominal values at maturity and for the collection of expected proceeds from holdings of securities, broken down by sector of the issuer of the security, from the date of compilation of the statement to their residual maturity. The statement shall not include securities provided or received in repurchase transactions, including securities lent and lent and securities sold or purchased with a firm commitment to buy or sell, as well as derivative transactions in securities.
19.P (ČNB) 4-04 "Quarterly report of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on future instalments of loans received from non-residents"
The statement shall include data on future repayments of financial and special-purpose long-term loans with a contractual maturity of more than 1 year from non-residents, broken down into loans from credit institutions and clients, repayments of principal and interest, from the date of compilation of the statement to their residual maturity.
20. BD (ČNB) 18-04 "Reporting of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on covered bonds and mortgage loans"
The report shall contain data on mortgage bonds, covered bonds and mortgage loans.
21. BD (ČNB) 23-04 "Interest risk reporting"
The interest rate report shall include an overview of the expected cash flows from assets, liabilities and off-balance sheet items by revaluation or maturity and by type of interest rate, as well as the results of the remote-value supervisory test.
22. BD (ČNB) 25-04 "Reporting of a bank / branch of a foreign bank on deposit concentration"
The statement contains data on the aggregate amount of liabilities to 15 credit institutions and 15 other persons (government and other clients) with the highest amount of liabilities.
23.E (ČNB) 5-04 "Reporting on the organisational structure and qualified interests of the bank / branch of the foreign bank"
The report shall contain basic identification and classification data on the bank or branch of a foreign bank, the founder of a branch of a foreign bank, branches of a bank abroad, persons in the senior management of a bank or branch of a foreign bank and contact persons for defined areas of activity. The report shall also contain information on the capital, the voting rights of the bank, the number of staff and organisational components of the bank or the branch of a foreign bank, and the basic identification and classification information on shareholders with a share in the capital of the bank higher than or equal to 5%, and information on the bank's qualifying interests in other legal entities.
24.E (ČNB) 8-01 "Group Report"
The report shall contain basic information on the structure of the group and the persons included therein, in particular basic identification data, core capital, basic identification and classification data on members of management bodies, qualified interests, methods of consolidation for prudential requirements.
25.E (ČNB) 9-01 "Annual report on the treasury activities of banks / branches of foreign banks"
The report shall contain information on the number of business locations where the bank or branch of a foreign bank carries out cash operations with clients in Czech crowns, without the bank or branch of a foreign bank or branch of a foreign bank or branch of a foreign bank for automated income and cash delivery, and without the bank or branch of a foreign bank abroad. The number of business locations of a bank or branch of a foreign bank is broken down by municipalities and territorial statistical units (NUTS 4 - districts) in the Czech Republic.
26.E (ČNB) 10-01 "Annual report of the bank / branch of the foreign bank on the number of processed banknotes and coins"
The statement shall contain information on the number of processed domestic banknotes and coins, with the exception of domestic banknotes and coins processed in bulkheads, broken down by method of processing domestic banknotes and coins processed in machine or hand. It also contains information on unprocessed domestic banknotes and coins submitted for processing to processors of domestic banknotes and coins, another credit institution performing cash operations or the Czech National Bank, as well as the number of domestic banknotes and coins put back into circulation by non-anonymous devices, broken down by way of processing domestic banknotes and coins returned to processed non-anonymous devices, the reporting entity, the Czech National Bank, the processor of domestic banknotes and coins or any other credit institution.
27. FP (IND) 01-01 "Financing plans on an individual basis"
The report contains information on plans to finance the business activities of the bank, which is not included in the prudential consolidation at the level of the Czech Republic, and branches of a foreign bank from a non-Member State in the next 3 years. It includes data on loans, deposits and issued securities, sources of funding from the public sector and central banks, insured and unsecured deposits and financial instruments similar to deposits, structures of innovative financing, forecasts of liquidity indicators, pricing for loans, deposits and other liabilities, restructuring plans and forecast profit and loss accounts.
28. FP (CON) 01-01 "Financing plans on a consolidated basis"
The report shall contain information on the financing plans for the Bank's business activities and the financial holding company for the following 3 years on a consolidated basis. It includes data on loans, deposits and issued securities, sources of funding from the public sector and central banks, insured and unsecured deposits and financial instruments similar to deposits, structures of innovative financing, forecasts of liquidity indicators, pricing for loans, deposits and other liabilities, restructuring plans and forecast profit and loss accounts.
