COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 12 July 2002
on the imposition of collective agreements of a higher degree and the amendment to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it from 1.6.2002 to 30.6.2002 and the following amendment to the collective agreement of higher degree:
1. Collective contract of higher degree 2002 - 2003 (dated 27 May 2002) concluded
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of a higher degree for the wood processing, furniture, consumer industry and forestry sector for 2002 - Title II. (17 June 2002)
between
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
3. Appendix 2 to the higher-step collective agreement 2001-2002 (dated 19 February 2002) concluded
between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair in Bohemia and Moravia (Section of the Road Economy)
and
The Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs in Transport of the Czech Republic (Section of the Road Economy).
