GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 September 2001
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment base for the year 2000 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for the year 2000 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation base
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2000 amounts to CZK 13490.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2000 shall be 1,0942.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in § 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Decree No. 375 / 2000 Coll. are increased as follows:
a) amounts of CZK 6,600 are increased to CZK 7,100,
b) The amount of CZK 15 300 is increased to CZK 16 800.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
