amending Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 4 (7) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed:
Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended by Decree No. 256 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 208 / 1998 Coll. and Decree No. 86 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 23 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The labelling of complete and complementary feed containing added additives shall include:
(a) for growth promoters, anti-coccidic agents and chemotherapeutic agents, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6 in columns 1 and 2 and the substance content;
(b) for antioxidants, dyes and preservatives for livestock feed, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6, columns 1 and 2;
(c) for vitamins A, D and E, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6 in columns 1 and 2 and the vitamin content (for vitamin E as alpha-tocopherol content);
(d) for micro-organisms, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6 in columns 1 and 2 and the number of colonies forming units (CFU / g);
(e) for enzymes, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6 in columns 1 and 2 and the activity unit;
(f) for copper and selenium, the type of substance used according to the name in Annex 6 in column 3 and the content of copper and selenium as Cu and Se. ';
2. Paragraph 23 (3) is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 to 9 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 8.
3. In Annex 4, in the group of extracted scrap, the following order numbers 3.018 are added to order numbers 3.018: the type of feed material "Cocoa 'and 3.019: the type of feed material" Rape with a reduced erucic acid and vinylthiooxazolidone (goitrin) - 00 with bentonite', which is:

4. In Annex 4, in the group of mineral inorganic and organic feed, the following serial number 10.049 "Calcium dihydrogen phosphate with calcium carbonate 'is inserted after serial number 10.048:

5. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances, growth promoters in order number 6, SODIUM SALINOMYCINATE in column 7, the words "Pfizer Belgium 'shall be added to the registered manufacturer.
6. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the anticoccidic in order number 3.HALOFUGINON in column 4, the word "turkey for fattening 'is replaced by the word" chicken'.
7. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the anticoccidic in order number 11, SODIUM SALINOMYCINATE in column 3, the words "40 g / kg 'are replaced by the words" 40 mg / kg'.
8. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances - micro-organisms, order number 2.

9. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances - micro-organisms in order number 3.BACILLUS SUBTILIS in column 3, the words "CCM 216 'are added after the words" CCM 4183'.
10. In Annex 6, in the group of trace elements in order number 1, the entry "1.6 Di-, tetra-, hexa-, octa- and decaiodinated fatty acids, C7-72H8-124O2I2 'is deleted.
11. In Annex 6, in the group of preservatives, the following order number 59 shall be inserted after order number 58:

12. In Annex 6, in the groups of microbiological active substances - growth promoters, microbiological active substances - anti-coccidic agents, microbiological active substances - micro-organisms, trace elements, preservatives, varia and enzymes in column 7 for order numbers where the words "allowed until 31.12.1999 'are replaced by the words" authorised until 31.12.2000'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
