The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of municipalities with entrusted municipal office, as amended by Act No. 387 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 51 / 2020 Coll.:
Determination of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority in South Bohemia
(1) The administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Bechyn is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Bechyn, Březnice, Černýšovice, Dobrožnice u Bechyna, Haškovcova Lhota, Hodhotín, Hodonice, Radětice, Rataje, Sudoměřice u Bechyna and Záhoří.
