amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (h) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 99 / 2019 Coll., and § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll., and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 408 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 347 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 360 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 410 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 412 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 334 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1 and in the designation of Annex No 1, the text "No 1 'is deleted.
2. Article 2 shall be deleted;
3. In Annex No 1, Part Jihomoravský kraj, Administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brno, the following is inserted after the words "Brno-Kohoutovice '," the Office of the City of Brno-Komín'.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Pilsen Region, the words "the Office of the City of Pilsen 6-Litice 'shall be inserted after the words" Pilsen 5-Křimice'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Horoušany 'is inserted after the word" Landscapes'.
6. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Semčice 'is inserted after the word" Sedlec'.
7. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Potápice 'is inserted after the word" Potáply'.
8. In Annex 2, in the text of the table after the row:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2020, with the exception of Article I (1), (2) and (15), which shall take effect on 1 February 2020.
