THE LAW
of 12 November 2010
amending Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 20 (7) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 117 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 340 / 2000 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court declared under No. 98 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 104 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 170 / 2001 Coll., the amount "900 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 855 000 CZK' and the amount "250 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 237 500 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
