DECLARATION
of 6 June 2006
amending Decree No. 396 / 2003 Coll., laying down the detailed conditions for the composition and repayment of bail and the composition and repayment of the election allowance in connection with the holding of elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 92 paragraph 2 of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll.:
In Annex No 2 to Decree No. 396 / 2003 Coll., laying down the detailed conditions for the composition and repayment of bail and the composition and reimbursement of the election allowance in connection with the holding of elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, in the column "Seat ', the words" Plzeň-south' are replaced by the words "Plzeň-town 'and in the column" Sejl', in the column "Brno-rural ', the words" Brno-town' are replaced by the words "Plzeň-town '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2006.
