amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 231 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 544 / 1991 Coll.
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 231 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 544 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 16 repeals paragraph 2.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
