issued pursuant to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and after discussion with the Independent Union of Public Road Transport Workers of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic under No SD / 1 R-11021 / 90 of 24 July 1990, Decree amending Decree No SD / 33-2728 / 1987 of 31 July 1987 on special standard reimbursement of travel expenses of road and urban transport passengers. This decree shall take effect on the date of publication of the notice in the Collection of Laws. If it has been carried out in individual organisations under this Decree since 9 July 1990, this procedure shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with Sections 113 (3) and 131 (a) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 89 Coll.).
