GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 December 2010
on the establishment of application forms for individual and aggregate export permits, applications for authorisation to provide brokering services and applications for international import certificates for dual-use goods and technology
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 7 (4), § 14 (9) and § 24 (a) of Act No. 594 / 2004 Coll., implementing the European Community regime for the control of exports, transport, brokering and transit of dual-use items, as amended by Act No. 343 / 2010 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Subject matter
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
(a) the application form for individual export authorisation and summary export authorisation for dual-use goods and technology referred to in Article 7 (4) of the Act listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation;
(b) the application form for authorisation to provide brokering services related to dual-use goods referred to in Article 7 (4) of the Act listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation; and
(c) the application form for an international import certificate for dual-use items referred to in Article 14 (9) of the Act listed in Annex 3 to this Regulation.
Repeal
Government Regulation No 595 / 2004 Coll., on the establishment of application forms for individual and aggregate export authorisations and applications for international import certificates for dual-use goods and technology is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
