amending Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended, and Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the law on infringements
In Article 24 (1) of Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended by Act No. 67 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 370 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 62 / 2002 Coll., paragraph (c), including footnotes No. 4 to 6, read:
"(c) infringes obligations
1. indicate, on all orders, commercial letters, invoices, contracts and in the context of information made available to the public via remote access, the details of their trading firm and, if not, the name and surname or the name, registered seat or place of business, registration in the business register, including the record name, business name, non-registered business name, other registration in which they are entered or, where appropriate, the registration of the organisational component of the business of the business or of the foreign company, including the register number of the business;
2. submit an application for registration, amendment or deletion of the registration in the Commercial Register or deposit the instrument in the list of documents (5),
3. use a business company in business, and if they do not have it, name and surname or names6).
4) Article 13a of the Commercial Code.
5) § 27 to 38l of the Commercial Code.
6) Sections 8 to 11 of the Commercial Code. '.
Footnotes 3m, 3n, 3h, 3o, 3i, 3c, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11 shall be renumbered as footnotes 7 to 18, including the footnotes.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the first day of the third month following its publication.
