DECLARATION
of 20 November 2023
amending Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities contact points, as amended
The Digital and Information Agency provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 471 / 2022 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are the contact points of the public administration, as amended by Decree No 503 / 2021 Coll. and Decree No 410 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Polště," is inserted after the words "Pluho's Žďár," the administrative district of the village with extended scope.
2. In the part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Pohorovice," shall be inserted after the word "Pivkovice,."
3. In the part of the South Moravian Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brno, the words "the Office of the City of Brno-Komín," shall be inserted after the words "the Office of the City of Brno-Maloměřice and Obřany,."
4. In the part of the Královéhradecký kraj, the administrative district of the village with the extended scope of Rychnov nad Knežnou, the words "Synkov- Slemeno," shall be inserted after the words "Slatina nad Zdodnice,"
5. In the part of the Liberec Region, the word "Blatka," is inserted after the word "Bezdez," the administrative district of the village with extended scope.
6. In the part of the Region of Pardubice, the word "Roundáčka," shall be inserted after the word "Jedlové,."
7. In the part of the Plzeň Region, the word "Mezměří," shall be inserted after the word "Lomec."
8. In the part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Řepin," shall be inserted after the word "Nosálov."
9. In the part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Yevany," shall be inserted after the word "Hrusice," the administrative district of the village with extended scope of the Romans.
10. In the part of the Ústí Region, the word "Blšany," shall be inserted after the word "Blatno."
11. In the part of the Zlinsky Region, the word "Lipa," shall be inserted after the word "Lhota."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
