DECLARATION
of 10 December 2015
amending Decree No. 245 / 2002 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on the time of hunting of individual species of game and on the closer conditions for carrying out the hunt, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 68 of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Act No. 59 / 2003 Coll., for the implementation of § 42 (2):
Decree No. 245 / 2002 Coll., on the time of hunting of individual species of game and on the closer conditions for carrying out the hunt, as amended by Decree No. 480 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 403 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (a):
"(a) the spotted tax - and the tax from 16 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and the tax from 16 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),"
2. in Paragraph 1 (b):
"(b) European deer, deer and deer, from 1 August to 15 January with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and goat, from 1 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),"
3. In Article 1 (d), "1 October 'is replaced by" 1 September'.
4. In Paragraph 1 (j):
"(j) muflon - muflon and muflonka from 1 August to 31 December with the exception referred to in § 2 (1) and muflonče from 1 August to 31 March with the exception referred to in § 2 (1),"
5. in Paragraph 1 (l):
"(l) wild swine - from 1 January to 31 December,"
6. In Article 1 (n), "30 April 'is replaced by" 31 March';
7. In Article 2 (2), the words "wild boar," are deleted.
8. Paragraph 2 (5) becomes paragraph 4 and reads as follows:
"(4) The time of hunting using a hunting predator shall be for the field hare from 1 September to 31 December and for the pheasant from 1 September to 31 December, with the exception of the part of the hunting hare which is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Law] or a single pheasant (§ 69 (1) of the Law) in which a pheasant may be fished using a hunting predator from 1 September to 31 January. '
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 5.
9. In Article 2 (5), the words "or separate pheasant (Article 69 (1) of the Act) 'are inserted after the words" [Paragraph 2 (k) of the Act]'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
