DECLARATION
of 27 September 2012
on the Statistical Survey Programme for 2013
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.:
Subject matter
The statistical survey programme for 2013 is set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree.
Data on the reporting agent
(1) In addition to the data described in Annexes 1 and 2 for each survey, the statistical survey shall also include the reporting agent's identification data:
(a) in the case of a legal person, the trading firm or name and its registered office;
(b) in the case of an undertaking, the name and, where applicable, the name, surname and business name and place of business.
(2) For both types of reporting agents, the statistical survey shall also contain an identification number and, if not allocated, the tax identification number, the predominant activity in the reference period, the name and / or names, and the surname of the person who completed the report, its telephone and fax number, the e-mail address and data on its data box. In the event that another entity fills in for the reporting agent, the name and, where applicable, the names and surnames of the person who completed the report, its telephone and fax numbers, its e-mail address and its data box shall also be indicated.
(3) The statistical surveys concerning health, social services, cultural, school or educational establishments shall also include the internal department code names of the internal unit and the business or name and identification number of the founder or founder.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.

Quarterly statement for operators of selected production sectors

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Data collection on financial indicators of economic operators. The data will be used to fulfil the obligation under Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community, as amended, to calculate the quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for the assessment of economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations and natural persons in the field of financial management and employment during the year and for other analytical purposes, for the needs of government, regional, economic and social institutions, for the needs of the European Union and international organisations, in particular the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, for the information and business. The acquisition of data on the number of kilometres travelled by freight and passenger vehicles will be used to determine the average running-through of vehicles and to estimate the traffic performance thereafter. The results will then be used for the needs of the Ministry of Transport and sent to Eurostat.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Characteristics of the intelligence unit. Labour indicators - staff and wages, temporary staff allocated by the agencies. Financial indicators of flow in statistical breakdowns - income, costs and added value. Increases and decreases in long-term intangible assets and tangible assets and sales revenue. Number of passenger and freight cars and number of kilometres travelled by such vehicles.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators - legal and natural persons, both incorporated and not incorporated in the Commercial Register, having the predominant activity under:
CZ-NACE 01, 02, 03 (agriculture, forestry, fishing),
CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41, 42, 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),
CZ-NACE 68 to 96 (other services, research and development, public administration, health, education).
The reporting requirements for each reporting agent that has been created by the reporting agent are defined in the reporting notification sent to the reporting agent.
(c) Method of survey
Form of statistical surveys: report, electronic statement, electronic data collection
Method used: combination of exhaustive and selective surveys

Periodicity of statistical surveys: quarterly

Increases and decreases in fixed assets and tangible assets by type of assets and sales revenue. Number of passenger and freight cars and number of kilometres travelled by such vehicles.
