DECLARATION

establishing a model application for a guarantee of the origin of electricity from renewable energy sources and a model of a guarantee of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources) to implement § 4 (13) of the Act:
Model application for guarantee of origin
The model of the application for guarantee of the origin of electricity from renewable energy sources is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
Model of guarantee of origin
The model of the guarantee of the origin of electricity from renewable energy sources is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
