Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. in Paragraph 26 (4) (e):
"(e) to refrain from visits to inappropriate environments, sports, cultural and other social events and contacts with certain persons,";
2. Paragraph 202 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) In particular, those who commit public or public gross indecency or disorderly conduct, particularly by attacking another, defamation, historical or cultural monument, grave or other piety site, or in a gross manner abolishing the preparation or conduct of an organised sport match, assembly or ceremony, shall be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to two years."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the first day of the third month following its publication.
